What’s closer to 13.1%, 10% or 20%? Obviously 10%, but should a fee increase of 13.1% be passed off as a 10% increase like the UofT administration is trying to do?
When will these numbskulls (i.e. university administrators) stop trying to pull stuff like this? It doesn’t work.
