eBay is a wonderful place. Many things can be found and if you are semi-hardcore you learn a few of the tricks (i.e. wait until time left is <1 minute and then start making your bids). The eBay feedback system allows both buyers and sellers to leave comment and a rating for others to see and decide if they would like to do business with you. Here is one, step-by-step scenario which guarantees you will not be receiving positive feedback from me (at most you’ll receive neutral):

  1. Post item for sale from a previous auction which was won, but unpaid for.
  2. Leave item on sale for the full week (I watched the item but made no bids).
  3. Do not cancel auction when previous buyer comes through with the money.
  4. Allow me to win it.
  5. Open an unpaid item dispute stating that the device is no longer available since the previous buyer (who had won it over a week before) had come through with the money.

Congratulations cheap_buys_usa, you’ve just received negative feedback!
