Back in October 2007, I wrote an entry on how to ensure you will not receive positive feedback from me on eBay. I, unfortunately, did not check my account / feedback since then and eBay did not alert me when the user posted negative feedback on my profile.
I have proof of what actually happened in messages between myself and the user sent through the eBay messaging system. The question is what can I do? eBay’s policy seems to be that they will not intervene except in extreme cases. I’m still a “n00b” in terms of an eBay profile and one negative rating does a lot of damage.
Any suggestions?
