Hanna-Barbera’s beloved cartoon character, Yogi Bear (seen below) will be picking pic-a-nic baskets from Hollywood’s parks.

A feature film is in plan with a mix of CGI and live action. According to Sugar Buzz, it’s supposed to be just like the Alvin and the Chipmunks movie from last year.

I want to see who they’re going to get to play Yogi, or at least his voice. I used to watch the old Hanna-Barbera cartoons when I was younger and Yogi’s voice was very well suited for his character.

I probably won’t go see it because I don’t expect it to be a very good representation of Yogi. However, if they do follow the suggestions of some commenters on Pajiba (namely do it all live action with real life bears) I may become more interested.

If you do end up going to the premiere, don’t be surprised if you see some people dressed up as Yogi (they do it for Harry Potter after all).

Here’s someone with dedication. He made the Dark Knight trailer seen below

…killing becomes as easy as breathing.” – John Rambo, Rambo IV

Great movie! Saw it last night, and while First Blood is still my favourite of the four movies, the latest one comes in a close second. The movie had a colossal amount of bullets and explosives and the special effects (i.e. the guts flying everywhere) were really well done. Really the only disappointment I had was the lack of his signature hunting knife. I just don’t see Rambo going around without one.

Even without it though the movie is still a great way to end the Rambo saga.

From Cracked.com:
In the words of Rambo First Blood Part II‘s tagline: “They sent him on a mission and set him up to fail. But they made one mistake. They forgot they were dealing with Rambo.” In other words, Rambo is a lot like Dr. Dre: you should never, ever forget about him. Similarly, nor should you talk about guns like he ain’t got none. (Rambo does have guns.)

The trailer you must see is here.
