The saga continues. This is a continuation of the chat I had with Bell Canada in which I was requesting a copy of all the comments that had been made on my former Sympatico account. You will probably want to read the first part of the conversation and the story that started it all.
To recap, I was chatting with REP#1 when suddenly he was disconnected and I was connected (after about 5 minutes) with REP#2. Lights, camera, ACTION!

So there you have it. The final act in this charade of a conversation. Bell Canada is the worst company I have had to deal with for customer service as well as service in general. The fact that they are still in business is sad and it is mainly due to their monopoly (though they will never admit it) over the telecommunications’ networks in Ontario.Coming up next: Who knows?
